Pillow tanks are used for storing and transporting various types of liquid: drinking water, liquid concentrated fertilizers, industrial water, acids and alcohols, diesel fuel, hydrocarbons, aviation fuel, gas, etc. They are durable, lightweight, quickly erected in the field and present a sound substitute for traditional containers for liquids.

OUR TEAM

Today the Altai-Tent company is the leading and largest Russian manufacturer of instant collapsible tension fabric structures made of PVC fabric in Russia. This became possible thanks to our team of highly qualified specialists. The Altai-Tent team today includes more than 150 people. We always strive for long-term cooperation, therefore many employees have been working with us for more than 10 years and have come a long way of development with the company.

Production stages

Each rapidly constructed tension fabric project goes through four stages: design, procurement of materials, production, assembly and service support.

DESIGN

The design department develops project for hangars of any complexity on a turnkey basis, including utilities (lighting, heating, ventilation), the necessary equipment and additional premises.

Work on each project is carried out individually. It is also possible to prepare the engineering documentation to register the building as a permanent structure..

Procurement OF MATERIALS

The materials we work with are durable, safe and tested. We cooperate directly with the world's leading manufacturers of PVC tent fabric and we make bulk purchases. Each material has a certificate of conformity, which confirms that the fabric meets the statutory requirements and fire safety requirements.

PRODUCTION

The production area of the company occupies over 5,000 m². It includes a metalworking workshop, a paint and tent workshop and a warehouse to store finished products. Our staff uses advanced equipment and latest technology in production of tent hangars. We carry out all dispatch related work when shipping to our customers.

assembly

We assemble tension fabric hangars in any region of Russia or the CIS countries. Our team of employees has all necessary skills, permits and a special form. If the customer provides his team, then we can provide supervision services on site. If the customer makes a warranty claim or have any complaints, a specialist of the installation department will visit the customer to conduct an examination and eliminate the problem.
